How we work makes the difference
From first contact to delivered part.
Every phase of our process is connected to the next, and each one influences the final result. That is why we involve the client from the very beginning: understanding the component, the material and its intended use allows us to prevent costly problems down the line.
Consultation and analysis
Everything starts with a conversation. When a client brings us their idea for a component, the first thing we do is truly understand it: what stresses it will face, what environment it will operate in, what tolerances it must meet. If we see room to improve geometries or wall thicknesses, we say so immediately — before the mould is built.
Mould construction and co-design
The mould is the heart of the process. We select and advise the client on the most suitable supplier — Italian or international — based on the project requirements. We use SolidWorks Plastics to simulate filling, warpage and balancing before construction even begins.
Component production
Electric presses, selected materials, precisely defined process parameters. We mould technical parts in batches ranging from 10 pieces to tens of thousands. Every production run is monitored: our quality department oversees each phase with dedicated measurement equipment to ensure a conforming result.
Logistics and delivery
The last metre is as much a part of our service as the first. We manage logistics directly, coordinating shipments for international deliveries too — Brazil, India, Hungary, Europe. Every batch leaves with complete, traceable quality documentation that meets the client's requirements.
