Angelo Nova starts the business
He begins producing phenolic moulds and components, going on to collaborate with companies such as Olivetti, Ercole Marelli and Riva Rossi in the industrial and electromechanical sectors.
Milestones
New facility in Baranzate
A new production plant is built in Baranzate — still the company's only site today. The building was purpose-designed and constructed for plastic materials manufacturing.
Annual output reaches 2 million parts
The first polyphenol car seat for BENDIX is produced at a European level. This client is now known as Bosch.
We become suppliers to Knorr-Bremse Limited
From this point on, we begin supplying their Arcore division.
Investment in three Sumitomo injection presses
A step towards highly efficient and precise production, with greater repeatability and significantly reduced waste.
A total of 15 machines
Our injection moulding department becomes fully electric, with FANUC, DEMAG, SUMITOMO and TOYO presses ranging from 50 to 180 tonnes, plus vertical presses and pad printing systems.

Every production batch is manufactured using efficient, state-of-the-art technologies and subjected to strict quality control procedures to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and compliance with customer specifications.

We strive to evolve and take our knowledge to a higher level.
Over recent decades we have progressively replaced hydraulic presses with electric machines — Toyo, Sumitomo, Fanuc — more precise, more repeatable and more energy-efficient.
We have integrated simulation software such as SolidWorks Plastics to anticipate filling, warpage and balancing issues before the mould is even opened. Every technological choice responds to a real need from those who work with us.
