Analysis and co-design
We analyze the component together with the customer, immediately agreeing on whether there is room for improvement in geometry, thickness, or tolerances with the for achieving the customer's needs, also making use of mold-flow filling analyses.
Mould
We oversee the entire mold manufacturing process, selecting the most suitable tooling partner for each project based on technical requirements, complexity, and production targets.
Component production
We manufacture a wide range of technical plastic components using fully electric injection molding machines ranging from 50 to 180 tons. Every production batch is monitored through rigorous quality control procedures

We coordinate efficient shipping and delivery solutions tailored to our customers’ needs, ensuring on-time supply and seamless logistics management, for local distribution or international projects.
