During the product analysis we immediately focus on the possible production problems, using tools such as product and process FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis).
All the phases of a product launch are followed by a PPAP logic (Production Part Approval Process). The documents are available at the moment of the presentation of the official sampling.
In the production area we work according to sampling frequencies with preset sizes at the launch of the product. The control plans are focused on the characteristics agreed with the customer and on those defined by our quality service. All data are recorded on the statistical software to monitor the process abilities.
