We mainly focus our attention on quality. Our quality operators are equipped with all suitable instruments to properly check the pieces as requested by our customers.
The metrology room is equipped with: POLI automatic CMM 3d; Mitutoyo profile meter, Mitutoyo millesimal column, Mitutoyo roughness tester, enlarger. Our operators are also equipped with the standard measuring instruments such as millesimal and centesimal micrometers up to Ø200 mm, centesimal calipers and hardness tester for rubber. The collected data are included in a statistical analysis software of TQM Itaca that allows us to monitor the process capacities (Cp and Cpk), if necessary.

The positioning of the equipment is calculated in detail in order to be managed by two operators and to minimize their movements.
Sixteen “AUTONOMOUS PRODUCTION ISLANDS” able to be prepared in a short time for a total change of production (mould change, machine and crusher cleaning ). The island is suitable to transform every type of polymer present on the market; the production cycle is a closed-loop system, where the polymer passes from the mixer directly into the dehumidifying hopper placed on the press. The waste is grounded immediately after the moulding and it immediately re-enters the cycle, mixing with the virgin material in the weight /piece / sprue ratio decided during the design phase.

In this department there are automatic, semi-automatic machines and assembly and testing tables for the printed parts dedicated to each single component. We provide our customers with pre-assembled parts, even of complex components, with relative leak test or burst strength.
Each process is designed to be made according to the specifications agreed with the customer.
In the department there is a mini 7 ton press for the moulding of elements with inserts.
The equipment is designed according to the productivity needs of the individual component and they are made by our internal workshop.
It is always an advantage for the customer to receive assembled or pre-assembled components, because it speeds up the final assembly time, making these components cheaper. Our flexibility allows the customer to receive the pieces in a short time without the need to store them.
The department is equipped with presses, electric screwdrivers with torque control, UV lamp, the drying treatment of glue or filling resins, shears, etc.
