When a customer asks for a design to develop, we do a feasibility study. The input elements necessary to know the working conditions and the function of the product are fundamental. Starting from these data, our technical office develops a project that will be offered to the customer. The presentation is usually made with a stereo-lithography model, in order to make the customer appreciate our idea.
Depending on the case, before the presentation, practical tests are carried out on samples obtained from a machine tool. These tests are carried out in our test room where the elements are pushed to the breaking point.
Generally these activities are performed starting from a metal element (aluminum, brass or steel) if the customer demands the conversion into polymer.
